18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18-25 years, 2. BMI between 18.5 - 22.99 kg/m2, 3. participants with low physical activity of Thai short IPAQ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participants having a balance impairment, 2. history of neurological condition and musculoskeletal condition causing balance impairment
