Conditions

To study accuracy (sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, LR+, LR-) of the ROX-HR index, compare to the ROX index at 0, 2, 6, 12, 24 hours after HFNC initiation to predict HFNC failure in patient with pneumonia and non-pneumonia sepsis. The patients who is suspected sepsis with acute respiratory failure and required HFNC as oxygen supplement will be included, defined by the all following criteria: aged greater than 18 years, patients suspected sepsis, the HFNC will be applied when patients have sig

Interventions
