Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18-40 years, in good health, with normal right hand and forearm shape, and lived in Pathum Thani province, There is hand size according to the specified criteria. Able to understand and follow instructions. 2. Physical therapist and/or occupational therapist with at least 5 years of experience in training stroke patients. The dominant hand and arm have normal shape and can move normally. And chronic strokes with the wrist and fingers spasticity on one side, along with some strength in the hand and arm on the affected side. Age 25-75 years. The wrist can be stretched almost straight and all of fingers joints can be stretched to some extent. Stable condition, able to sit firmly on one's own. Understand Thai and can follow instructions. 3. First stroke and in the chronic stage (6 months or more) only. Age 25-75 years. Wrist and fingers flexor spasticity on one side, along with some strength in the hand and arm on the affected side. The wrist can be extended almost straight and all of fingers joints can be stretched to some extent. Stable condition, able to sit firmly by oneself. Understand Thai and follow instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There was surgery or bone and joint disease that limited hand and arm movement. The skin in the area to be measured has wounds or pain on the day of measurement. 2. There was surgery or bone and joint disease that limited hand and arm movement. The skin in the area to be measured and tests has wounds or pain. 3. There was surgery or bone and joint disease that limited hand and arm movement. The skin on the lower arm and hand to be studied has no wounds or pain. Not participating in other research related to hand and arm movement or research related to reducing hand and arm spasticity.
