Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged > 60 years who were diagnosed hip fracture 2. underwent surgery within 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. deny surgery 2. severe medical problem 3. multiple injury 4. UTI 5. ESRD on HD
