Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60 years or older 2.Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for at least 1 year 3.SBQ R score equal or more than 7 4.9Q score equal or more than 7 5.MMSE Thai 2002 score equal or more than 24 6.No severe hearing or visual impairment 7.Able to communicate in Thai language 8.Voluntary participation with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe suicidal thoughts or behaviors requiring immediate medical intervention 2.Severe and unstable psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, mood disorders) 3.Currently receiving other psychological treatments 4.Unable to participate in program activities regularly (missing more than 3 sessions)
