Interventions

Tested group 15 subjects receive postbiotic toothpaste twice/day for 30 days in the morning and before bed. Collect the saliva samples before and after intervention, and analysis of oral microbiome.,C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects have healthy conditions no systemic diseases, 2. undergoing orthodontic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. having severe periodontitis, 2. having systemic diseases, 3. taking antibiotics within 12 weeks, 4. having postbiotic toothpaste regularly
