Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Surgery-first group 1.Thai skeletal Class III deformity (ANB angle less than -4 degree) 2.Patients who will be received combined surgical and orthodontics treatment with surgery-first technique plan 3.Fully dentate patients (except for third molars and premolars extraction for orthodontic purpose) Conventional group 1.Thai skeletal Class III deformity (ANB angle less than -4 degree) 2.Patients who are undergoing combined surgical and orthodontics treatment with conventional technique plan 3.Fully dentate patients (except for third molars and premolars extraction for orthodontic purpose)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital cranial malformations or syndromes 2. Patients who have orthognathic surgery plan with multi-segmented osteotomy 3. Patients who have significant facial asymmetry (menton deviation more than 4 mm.) 4. Patients who are allergic to peanuts 5. Patients who have symptomatic TMD according to the assessment protocol of Schiffman et. al 6. Patients who are undergoing downward maxillary surgery more than 3 mm. 7. Patients who are not willing to attend this study
