Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age at least 18 years old 2. Mild to moderate degree of carpal tunnel syndrome comfirmed with electrodiagnostic study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological diseases such as cervical radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy, thoracic outlet syndrome 2. History of steroid injection at wrist within three monts prior study enrollment 3. History of carpal tunnel release surgery 4. Contraindications for using repetitive pheripheral stimulation: implantation at treatment site, cardiac pace maker, cochlear implant and pregnancy
