Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer patients with neck and shoulder tendon inflammation or office syndrome, including both males and females aged 23-55 years, receiving treatment at the Physical Therapy Clinic, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Burapha University, totaling thirty participants. 2. Not regularly taking pain relievers or muscle relaxants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of myocarditis or acute pain, such as sharp chest pain radiating to the arm, caused by heart-related conditions. 2. Pregnancy, osteoporosis, or bone infections. 3. Open wounds in the treatment area. 4. Neurological disorders. 5. Tendon or soft tissue rupture. 6. Regular use of pain relievers or anti-inflammatory medications.
