Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient scheduled for elective craniotomy for meningioma resection 2.ASA physical status 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Preoperative embolization 3.History of tranexamic acid allergy 4.History of bleeding disorder or thrombotic disease 5.History of myocardial ischemia or ischemic stroke 6.Pregnancy 7.History of seizures 8.Serum creatinine more than 1.2mg/dl
