Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who gave birth between 290-366 weeks of gestation, calculated from menstrual history and first trimester ultrasound 2. Singleton pregnant women 3. Pregnant women with preterm labor 4. Pregnant women who signed their consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women under 18 years of age 2. Women diagnosed with diabetes and need to take blood sugar-lowering drugs 3. Women with a history of steroid allergy 4. Women who have taken steroids before 29 weeks of pregnancy
