20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 years or older 2. Diagnosed with lumbar spinal canal stenosis (Central and Lateral recess stenosis) 3. Appropriate conservative treatment for over 6 months without improvement 4. Presence of stenosis in 1 or 2 levels of the lumbar spinal canal
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal instability diagnosed by a physician confirmed by X-ray with movement noted. 2. Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery. 3. Severe spinal canal stenosis with accompanying muscle weakness.
