Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of neck pain defined as uncomfortable feeling in the area between the superior nuchal line and the spine of the scapula, 2.The symptom lasted at least 3 months, 3. Having neck pain at least moderate level measured by the visual analog scale (VAS greater 40 of 100 mm scale), 4. Presence with forward head posture in sitting position (CVA < 48 degrees)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck surgery/neck fracture, 2. History of whiplash injury or upper quadrant trauma within 3 months, 3. Receiving any psychological medications for psychological problem(s), 4. Central nervous system disorders such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinsonism, spinal cord injury, 5. Signs of nerve root compression, cervical disc herniation or radiculopathy, presenting as shooting pain referred to upper back or arm, numbness, altered sensation, and weakness of related muscles, 6. Other systemic diseases causing bodily pain. (e.g., cancer, tumors, infection), 7. Other systemic diseases and soft tissue disorders (e.g., gout, rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis)
