Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time manufacturing factory workers at the factory in Negeri Sembilan 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years. 3. Malaysian citizens. 4. Employed for at least one year in the current factory. 5. Able to understand and respond to questionnaires in Bahasa Melayu or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder and currently monitored by a psychiatrist, who have chronic diseases with major complications such as heart diseases and chronic kidney diseases, a known case of cancer, and currently on medications for any psychiatric illnesses. 2. Pregnant workers, as pregnancy can independently affect stress, anxiety and burnout. 3. Exclude part-time or temporary workers to maintain consistency in employment status.
