Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older 2. Non-traumatic seizure 3. Underwent CT brain scan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incident with suspicion of traumatic brain injury within 30days. 2. CT brain scan result does not provide definitive conclusion amongst specialist on cause of seizure. 3. Absence of close relatives makes it impossible to asses patient's GCS baseline. 4. Pregnancy
