Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: acute cholecystitis patients who underwent emergency or urgent surgery at Trat Hospital from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mirrizzi syndrome, Malignant Neoplasm, Acalculous cholecystitis, concurrent procedures (e.g., bile duct surgery, endoscopic biliary and pancreatic procedures), concurrent bile duct stones or pancreatitis, and comorbidities requiring hospitalization, which prolong hospital stays unrelated to acute cholecystitis.
