Interventions

Intra-operative adductor canal block was done with 20 ml 0.25 %of bupivacaine,Genicular nerve block was done with 40 ml 0.125% of bupivacaine ,spinal block by anesthesia 0.5% Isobaric bupivacaine 2.5
intra-operative adductor canal block ,Genicular nerve block ,Ultrasound adductors canal block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: unilateral primary tka , age > 50 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD: eGFR < 50 2. Revision operation 3. contraindication for spinal block 4. Contraindication for opioid 5. patient who have chronic pain
