Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who agreed to participate after giving informed consent; 2. Individuals with Montreal Cognitive Assessment Indonesia (MoCA-INA) score between 18 and 25, or a score below 18 but with a normal Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) score; 3.Individuals diagnosed with Sarcopenia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with a diagnosis of diabetes or blood glucose levels exceeding 200 mg/dL
