Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical students from first to fifth year at the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University 2. Participants must be willing to undergo testing throughout the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with conditions that affect memory, as assessed using the DSM-5 criteria (e.g., MDD, ADHD).
