Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of at least one year of regular use of contact lens wear, 2. Individual without history of regular contact lens wear (control)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with corneal ectasia or ocular surface disease (other than dry eye, meibomian gland dysfunction and allergic conjunctivitis) such as thermal or chemical burn, bullous keratopathy, corneal dystrophy, corneal edema, infectious keratitis, pterygium, history of Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrosis (TEN), ocular cicatricial pemphigoid (OCP), or vernal keratoconjunctivitis, 2. History of ocular surface surgery involving limbus or using intraoperative chemotherapy (eg. mitomycin-C and 5-fluorouracil) such as pterygium surgery, trabeculectomy, limbal stem cell transplant, or ocular surface neoplasia excision with cryotherapy, 3. History of head and neck radiotherapy, 4. Current use of topical antiglaucoma for more than 1 year, 5. Unable to obtain anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT), 6. Discontinued contact lenses for more than 1 month before recruitment, 7. Unable to recall a detailed history of contact lens wear
