Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum females diagnosed with Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA) with inter-recti distance greater than 2.5 cm as assessed by finger width palpation. 2. At least one child delivered. 3. Age between 35 and 45 years. 4. Postpartum females who have undergone normal vaginal delivery, vacuum-assisted delivery, forceps delivery, or lower segment cesarean section, with at least one month postpartum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any other abdominal surgery. 2. Sensitivity or adverse reaction to Kinesio Taping. 3. Diagnosed with an abdominal hernia. 4. Presence of an open abdominal wound.
