Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Being a middle-aged to elderly adult with a variety of sexualities, aged between 50-70 years and above, 2) Being a person who has a communication tool, a mobile phone with Android operating system, 3) Being a user of social media, including Line, Youtube, Facebook 4) Living in the Bangkok and surrounding, 5) There is sufficient time to provide information (Adequate Time) because the study in the operation requires a relatively long study period. There is time to participate in the activities within 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There is a reason that prevents the participant from participating in the research as specified.2) Refuses to participate in the research.3) Informs the participant of the intention to withdraw from the research.4) Health problems that may affect the implementation or participation in the activity.
