Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome patients 2. Healthy patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe kidney impairment,an estimated GFR of <30, 2. Severe liver disease with AST or ALT levels more than five times the upper normal limit, 3. Cardiogenic shock
