Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. has been diagnosed of HT with continuous treatment nore than 3 months and BP during follow up 3 times before the research are not more than 160/100 mmHg 2. alert, can speak thai or have thai caregiver for proper communication 3. accept and compliance to the research 4. not pregnant or breast feeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has been diagnosed CKD 3b, 4 or 5 or eGFR < 45 ml/min/1.73 m2 2. hypertension in the young (has been diagnosed before 40 years ) 3. loss contact
