| Romberg test Pretest and after 12 time intervension Stand with feet together, eyes open for 30 seconds, then closed for 60 seconds. Repeat twice and average the time for analysis.,Sharpened Romberg test Pretest and after 12 time intervension Stand with tandem , eyes open for 30 seconds, then closed for 60 seconds. Repeat twice and average the time for analysis.,Limits of Stability Pre test and after 12 time intervension Use the Biodex Balance System to record: Directional Control (DCL %). The time required to complete the action.,Mini Balance Evaluation Systems Test Pre test and after 12 time intervension Evaluates balance control across 14 items: anticipatory adjustments, reactive control, sensory orientation, and dynamic gait, scored 0-2 each, with a maximum of 28. | — |

| Craniovertebral angle (CVA) Pre test and after 12 time intervension Capture the spinous process of C7 and the tragus of the ear using small balls with a smartphone, then import the data into software to analyze the craniovertebral angle., Cervical proprioception Pre test and after 12 time intervension Use a laser to evaluate the cervical spine's flexion, extension, right and left rotation, and the distance of the error value when returning to the original point,Cervical range of motion Pre test and after 12 time intervension Use a cervical range of motion instrument to measure the cervical spine's flexion, extension, and right and left rotation angles. Take three measurements and calculate the average. | — |
