Colorectal cancer ( CRC) is one of the most common malignanacies worldwide, with high incidence rate. An adenoma is a type of polyp or growth that is identified and can usually be removed during a colonoscopy. Colonoscopy remains an imperfect diagnostic modality, as it may fail to detect up to one fourth of existing colonic adenomas Colonoscopy, endocuff, Adenoma detection rate

Interventions

Endocuff assisted colonoscope is withdrawn from cecum to hepatic reinserted to cecum for second examination, and is withdrawn through rectum ,Colonoscope is withdrawn from cecum to hepatic flexure. re

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-75 year old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.CA colon 2.Active severe gastrointestinal bleeding 3.Cannot inform consent 4.Pregnancy 5.Hx Colon Sx 6.Inflammatory bowel diseases: IBD 7.Hereditary polyposis syndrome 8.Hx colonic stricture 9.Poor bowel preparation (boston bowel prep scale <2 any segment) 10.Hx ischemic colon 11.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification more than IV
