Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly individuals with hypertension, aged 60-75 years, must have a communication device, such as a phone or computer with internet access, and be able to use LINE for communication. 2. The elderly should have blood pressure levels not exceeding 140-159/90-99 mmHg, be consistently taking antihypertensive medication, and attend follow-up appointments. 3. Cognitive impairment should be assessed using the Mini-Cog assessment tool, with a score of 3 or higher. 4. The ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) should be assessed using the Barthel ADL index, with a score greater than 12. 5. The individual should not have heart disease, kidney failure, or cerebrovascular disease. 6. The individual should be able to read, listen, understand, and write in Thai. 7. There must be at least one family member who is responsible for caring for the elderly person with hypertension, and this caregiver must remain the same throughout the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The individual has a mental health condition currently being treated with anxiolytics, sleeping pills, or other medications for mental health symptoms, as reported by the elderly person and their family. 2. Based on the medical history, there are contraindications for practicing yoga or engaging in physical exercise, such as abnormal movement patterns, disabilities in the arms or legs, or bone and joint diseases. 3. The individual has previously attended yoga training or has been practicing yoga consistently.
