18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male - Female, age 18-60 years old 2. Have a history of using smartphones more than 2 hours/day 3. Those who were not pregnant or breastfeeding. 4. Those who were not taking painkillers. or received physical therapy, injections, acupuncture, and Thai massage 5. Giving consent to follow the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck angle greater than 50 degrees shoulder angle less than 52 degrees 2. Those who refused to follow the research protocol 3. Allergic to Plai oil, Compound plai cooling spray ingredients, or diclofenac 4. Presence of adverse health conditions
