Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adult with normal BMI 2. Aged 20-45 years old 3. Fasting blood sugar less than 100 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, cancer, or a history of surgery that involves carbohydrate metabolism 2.Taking medications or supplements that affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients, such as dietary fiber and chromium 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
