Postmenopausal women experiencing symptoms of genitourinary syndrome of menopause Menopause, vulvovaginal atrophy, genitonurinary syndromes of menopause, vaginal moisturizer, Aloe vera gel, vaginal dryness, Aloe vera,vaginal maturation index

Interventions

Apply 5 grams of KY lubricating jelly to the vaginal mucosa once daily at bedtime for the first two weeks, and then use it three times per week for the following 10 weeks.,Apply 5 grams of 87.4 % aloe

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post menopausal women from natural menopause (12 months after final menstruation period) or surgical menopause 2. Understand Thai language. 3. Presenting signs and symptoms of genitourinary syndromes of menopause such as vaginal dryness, dyspaneuria, atrophic vaginitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to aloe vera 2. allergy to KY-jelly 3. History of prior vaginal hormonal products (rings, creams, gels) within 1 weeks before enrolling this trial 4. History of prior use of hormonal replacement therapy within 8 weeks before enrolling this trial 5. Having hormone-sensitive tumors including CA breast and CA endometrium 6. Unexplained abnormal vaginal bleeding 7.smoking 8. Active vaginal disease/infection 9. Having thromboembolic events 10. pelvic organ prolapse stage IV 11.Single 12. No history of sexual experience

vaginal maturation value 12 weeks after treatment with intervention it can measure by apply vaginal smear on glass slide , fix with 95% alcohol and then was sent to pathologist for calculate VMI score,

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
vaginal pH 12 weeks after treatment with intervention it can measure by using pH indicator strip apply on lateral vaginal wall,female sexual function index score 12 weeks after treatment with intervention questionnaire [ Thai version ]
