Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) secondary to gout patients who underwent operated in our medical center 2. Patients who agreed to join the study 3. Patients who are followed up for more than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients did not agree to join the research 2. Patients with CTS released and without tophaceous gout in carpal tunnel
