18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women seeking contraceptive implant removal. 2. Aged 18 to 30 years. 3. Willing to receive phone calls from researchers for postoperative follow up. 4. Able to read and write in Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of NSAID allergy, gastritis, gastrointestinal bleeding, asthma, or renal failure. 2. Use of antipyretic or analgesic medications within 7 days before surgery. 3. Inability to palpate the contraceptive implant in the upper arm due to deep insertion or implant migration. 4. Presence of skin lesions on the arm with the implant. 5. Desire to insert a new contraceptive implant in the same arm.
