Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute decompensated heart failure 2. Acute de novo heart failure 3. Age > 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End staged renal disease 2. Acute heart failure due to significant valvular heart diseases 3. Acute heart failure due to pericardial disease 4. Pregnancy 5. Cardiogenic shock using inotropic drugs or mechanical support
