No arm exercise after AVF creation,Isometric arm exercise with soft ball for 8 weeks after AVF creation.
CONTROL GROUP No arm exercise group,INTERVENTION GROUP Arm exercise group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ESRD patients planned for AVF creation 2. Age 18-70 years 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe co-morbidity 2. Low quality of blood vessel, by Ultrasound evaluation 2.1 arterial diameter less than 2.5 mm . 2.2 severe calcified or atherosclerotic lesion 2.3 venous diameter less than 3.0 mm. 2.4 intravenous lesions; fibrosis, thrombus 2.5 vein depth from skin > 6 mm. 3. arteriovenous graft surgery 4. revision surgery 5. muscular atrophy of dysfunction of upper extremity
