Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic HF under stable clinical condition. 2. Aged over 20. 3. Can follow instructions without mental illness or hearing impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have resistance training within the past six months. 2. Unable to perform squats due to degenerative joint arthritis. 3. Walk less than 30 minutes daily. 4. Have a history of venous thrombosis. 5. Peripheral neuropathy. 6. Severe peripheral arterial disease. 7. Impaired kidney function. 8. Severe hypertension. 9. Under dual antiplatelet therapy.
