18 Years to 29 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-29 body mass index is 18.5-24.9, no low back pain, inflammation, or injury in the past 3 months, no serious cardiopulmonary disease, infectious disease, mental illness, etc., and voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, lactation or menstruation; skin ulcers, bleeding or inflammation in the treatment area; receiving other forms of physical therapy or massage within one week; suffering from serious chronic diseases; obvious organic lesions in the thoracic and lumbar spine area. If serious adverse events occur or the subject withdraws voluntarily, they will be excluded from the study.
