Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18--59 years, both male and female, 2. Able to communicate, read, speak, write, and understand Thai, 3. Mentally sound and without communication problems, 4. A family member who is the primary caregiver responsible for managing the lifestyle of older people with dependency conditions, such as food management, with a caregiving period of 1 year or more, 5. No history of mental illness, 6.Owns a smartphone and can use the LINE application, 7. Willing to participate in the research, and Exclusion criteria 1. Experience with severe illness, such as headaches, blurred vision, dizziness, slurred speech, etc., 2. Unable to participate in activities more than two times
