Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed by a physician with heart failure and with a functional capacity to perform daily activities at levels 1 to 3 2. No limitations in communication, hearing, vision, or reading and writing in Thai. For participants aged over 60, cognitive assessment using the Thai Mental State Examination must indicate no signs of dementia. 3. Participants or family members must possess a mobile phone or electronic device capable of using the LINE application and agree to communicate via LINE or phone to participate in the self-management program. 4. Willing to participate in the research and with consent from their attending physician. 5. Participants must score at least 1 point on the initial overhydration assessment. 6. No co-existing conditions causing unexplained fatigue unrelated to heart failure. Exclusion includes participants with kidney failure (renal function > 2.0 mg/dL), anemia (hemoglobin concentration > 2 mg/dL), or uncontrolled hyperthyroidism. 7. In cases where participants do not have a scheduled physician appointment on the evaluation day, they and their family members must agree to home visits for experimental evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants experiencing complications such as shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or chest pain. 2. Participants who withdraw or refuse to continue participation in the research activities. 3. Participants who require hospitalization as inpatients during the study period.
