Compared to the general population, elderly residents in community dwellings are more likely to develop sarcopenia. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 years and older, Having a score of Modified Mini Sarcopenia Risk Assessment -5 less than 30 points., Being able to walk and balance on their own. , In one week, there was no shoulder injury to the dominant arm., No serious complications, such as end-stage renal failure or heart failure. , Living in Bangkok for at least 1 year, Being able to communicate in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe knee or back pain, Severely impaired mobility, Cognitive Impairment, Unstable cardiac conditions
