Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. being a primary caregiver of the developmentally disabled child whose age is 6-12 years and severity level of developmental disability is moderate or severe 2. living with the child currently 3. being able to read, write and communicate Myanmar language 4. being contactable by mobile phone calls during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers who had more than one child diagnosed with developmental disability 2. Mothers who had previous history of attending mindfulness and/or communication training
