Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged 30-59 years. 2. Individuals at risk of metabolic syndrome who meet at least one of the following criteria: 2.1) Waist circumference over 80 cm (female) or over 90 cm (male) 2.2) Blood pressure over 130/85 mmHg 2.3) Fasting blood glucose level over 100 mg/dL 2.4) Triglyceride level over 150 mg/dL 2.5) HDL cholesterol level < 50 mg/dL (female) or < 40 mg/dL (male) 3. Able to consume experimental food throughout the study. 4. Able to read, write, and communicate Thai. 5. Willing volunteers to participate in the research project with full awareness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are undergoing treatment or taking medication for chronic non-communicable diseases such as coronary artery disease, stroke, diabetes, liver disease, chronic kidney disease, cancer, thyroid issues, etc. 2. Individuals who have abnormalities in the digestion and absorption of nutrients or experience chronic fatigue. 3. Individuals who have consumed dietary supplements or herbs more than 2 times per week in the 4 weeks before participating in the study or during the research. 4. Individuals with dietary patterns differing from a regular diet or those who have altered their physical activity patterns within 6 months before participating in the research. 5. Smoking more than 5 cigarettes per day. 6. Drinking alcoholic beverages more than 14 drinks per week. 7. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant within 6 months or currently breastfeeding. 8. Individuals allergic to the food ingredients used in the tested meal replacement products. 9. Unable to cooperate in recording food consumption. 10. Being a participant in any other study during the study period. 11. Those who are unable to follow all study procedures.
