Interventions

All volunteers must consume Hang rice-germ powder as dietary supplement 30 mg/kg of body by dissolving in hot water 2 times/day, a total of 2 weeks. The blood, urine and feces sample will be collected

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-40 years old 2. BMI less than 25 kg/m2 3. No pregnant 4. No treatment with any medication during the project including prebiotics, probiotics, or other supplements that modify the composition of gut microbiota 5. No smoking 6. Healthy and no underlying disease by the health screening check up such as blood pressure, pulse, heart/lung screening by doctor, fasting blood sugar, and lipid levels are within normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have underlying disease 2. Have treatment with medication 3. Using prebiotics, probiotics, or other supplements that modify the composition of gut microbiota 4. Smoking 5. Pregnant 6. Blood pressure, pulse, heart/lung screening by doctor, fasting blood sugar, and lipid levels are not in normal range
