Facial Thai Yoga Massage Description: Participants in the experimental group will receive a 10-15 minute facial Thai Yoga massage, 5 times a week for 4 weeks. The massage includes seven main movements

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young adults aged 18 to 35 years. 2.Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire score greater than 6 points, indicating moderate to severe visual fatigue. 3.Binocular vision with refractive error less than or equal to -3.0 diopter. 4.Near point of convergence Near Point of Convergence greater than or equal to 10 cm. 5.Participants voluntarily agree to participate and have carefully read and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of eye diseases (e.g., glaucoma, cataracts, or retinal detachment). 2.Family history of severe eye diseases. 3.History of mental illness (e.g., anxiety, depression, or psychosis). 4.History of heart disease. 5.Facial damage, injury, or conditions affecting facial muscles or skin. 6.Participation in other clinical studies within the past 3 months. (6) If you are not interested in this experiment, you do not agree to participate in this experiment. (7) Unwilling to perform facial massage as stipulated in the agreement.
