Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eleven children and their primary caregivers, aged 3.5-17 years, with isolated cleft lip or cleft palate from Chiang Rai province and surrounding areas, along with 15 children and their primary caregivers with isolated cleft lip or cleft palate from the Lao People's Democratic Republic who are registered for treatment and receive support from the Northern Women's Development Foundation, totaling 26 individuals, participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with isolated cleft palate or cleft lip and palate who also have developmental delays or associated syndromes such as Treacher Collins syndrome, facial cleft, or Down syndrome.
