Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 20 years olds, 2. Diagnosed cutaneous drug allergy by dermatologists, 3.naranjo score>=4, 4. Agree to perform patch test and HLA test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History allergy to any topical drugs, 2. Pregnancy, 3. History of dermatitis of infection at back or buttock, 4. History of taking immunosuppressive drugs; if prednisolone dosage more than 15 mg/day, more than 3 weeks.

MeasureTime frame
Patch test result 5 days HLA allele risk in Positive patch test result (Redness in patch test) compared with HLA allele risk in patch test negative results in cutaneous drug allergy patients.

HLA allele risk 3 months HLA allele sequencing in cutaneous allergy patient in specific drugs
