22 participants will be included in the treatment group, which was given risperidone and adjuvant therapy 7 grains (60-80 gr) of Ajwa Dates. Each subject who met the inclusion criteria in the study

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were subjects diagnosed with schizophrenia : 1. The inclusion criteria were subjects diagnosed with schizophrenia according to ICD 10, 20 to 45 years old with a disease onset of 5 years and less, 2 having passed the acute phase of PANSS EC 15 (Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale Excited Component), able and willing to participate in this study. 3. The subjects in this study were schizophrenia patients who were hospitalized, and were treated with risperidone 4 to 6 mg/day 4. Male adult
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are 1. having physical comorbidities, 2. having a history of drug consumption before being hospitalized, and 3. using anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibiotic drugs.
