Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with proximal humerus fracture 1. Displaced two part surgical neck fracture 2. Displaced three part fracture 3. Displaced four part fracture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Displaced greater tuberosity fracture 2. Anemia 3. Coagulopathy 4. thrombocytopenia 5. Chronic kidney disease 6. history of thromboembolism 7. Receive anticoagulant 8. allergy tranexamic acid 9. history of seizure
