Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing non-urgent lower limb surgery 2. Patients aged 18-75 years 3. ASA classification I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who did not consent to participate 2. contraindications to spinal anesthesia 3. underlying hypertension. 4. moderate to severe cardiac conditions such as coronary artery disease or valvular heart disease 5. pregnancy 6. body mass index (BMI) of 40 or greater 7. poor visualization of major veins via ultrasound 8. anesthetic allergies 9. stage 4 or higher chronic kidney disease 10. chronic lung disease limiting fluid administration 11. liver failure 12. anemia, defined as a hemoglobin level of 7 mg/dL or less.
