after entubation, anesthologist used U/S to identified between pectoral major muscle and pectoralis minor muscle and injected 0.25%Bupivacaine + 1%xylocaine 10 ml with ADR 1: 200,000, second location

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged between 20-80 years old who diagnosed with breast cancer and scheduled for mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of ischemic heart disease 2. history of cirrhosis or liver cancer 3. history of radiation to chest wall 4. allergies to opioids ,paracetamol, NSIADs, or paracetamol 5. history of regular intake of NSAIDs or steroid use before surgery 6. Patients with psychological disease

MeasureTime frame
pain score every 4 hours postoperation until 72 hours we use numerical rate pain scale, which have 11 point, ranging from 0-11, 0 represent no pain and 10 represent extremely pain, which recorded since post-operative time.
