Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ten human volunteers aged 18 or older, with a diagnosis of mild to moderate plaque-type psoriasis were eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included an inability to provide informed consent, severe allergies such as indoor, outdoor, or seasonal allergies, as well as ongoing medical conditions like dermatological issues, inflammation, or desquamation caused by dryness. Additionally, pregnant or nursing individuals were excluded from participation.
